Payroll Administrator - Permanent - Macclesfield - up to £30,000 DOE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client based in Macclesfield due to continuous company growth. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday in the office.

Duties include:

  • Process payroll for all employees and clients accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with client regarding weekly and monthly payment schedules
  • Generate software uploads from provided schedules
  • Responding to all payroll queries
  • Maintain employee records
  • Ensure compliance is followed at all times
  • Calculate statutory payment contributions
  • Audit payroll records

The successful candidate will have previous Payroll experience and now looking to develop their career further. You will have a high attention to detail and ideally knowledge of payroll software with an understanding of UK payroll and tax legislation.
