About Us: Our esteemed SEN School, in Macclesfield, provides a supportive and enriching educational environment for children with special educational needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team, where your passion for working with children facing difficulties in a social background will be valued.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to fill a temporary full-time role at a SEN School based in Macclesfield. While experience is ideal, it is not required. What we value most is your commitment to helping our students succeed and thrive, regardless of their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customised Curriculum: Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Personalised Instruction: Provide one-on-one and group instruction tailored to support students' academic and social development.
  • Behavioural Guidance: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, parents, and fellow educators to ensure each student receives the appropriate support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • While experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
  • A genuine desire to work with children facing difficulties in a social background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate: The salary for this temporary full-time position is competitive, ranging from £170 to £227 per day, depending on your experience and qualifications.
