Role: Sales Support Specialist

Pay rate: £15.38 per hour / £30,000 per annum

Duration: 6 months(With a view to permanent position)

Location: SL6 4XE, Maidenhead

Shift hours: 9 am - 5 pm, onsite

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The role of Sales Support Specialist is to ensure ARDx leads in the move towards POC within both a Primary and Secondary care setting by building competitive advantage through the way we look after our customers (internal and external), formalise and manage our relationship across the team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coordination of service experience for internal and external customers with RDIL

  • Act as primary escalation point for UK and Ireland customers with RDIL & UK & Ireland Sales Team
  • Supports Sales Managers and Application Specialists in provision of quotations, pricing queries, credits and all other customer queries.
  • Provide excellent customer support: Positive interactions can lead to trust, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Supporting cross functionally with;
    • Team Events / Meetings
    • Tenders & Master Service Contracts (Third Party Suppliers)
    • Finance
    • Quality Annual Audits
    • HR- Onboarding New Employees
    • Ad hoc project as required by the Business.

Customer Centricity

  • Proactively utilises reports within the CRM system to develop a standard set of reports to support the Sales Managers
  • First point of contact for supporting Sales Managers & Customer Service

  • Supporting with Team Building Activities for events, conference or team meetings both internally and externally.

Tenders, Managed Service Contracts & Instruments Placement Agreements

  • Works with Tenders & Contracts function to support in the preparation of tender submission.
  • Supports and documents all aspect of the tender process

Account Management - Business Growth

  • Ensuring that contractual obligations are met by customers in relation to volumes.
  • Taking opportunities to amend existing contracts to include annual price increases in line with inflation.
  • Proactively offering extended warrantees or service contracts up-front
