Role Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline hero, tackling inquiries from customers and airlines regarding faulty suitcases. Your mission will involve logging calls for warranty claims, ensuring seamless communication between parties, and resolving issues within the boundaries set by manufacturer warranties.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking calls and emails from customers and airlines, championing their concerns and needs.
  • Coordinating the collection and delivery of damaged items, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
  • Assessing customer luggage to determine warranty coverage and advising manufacturers accordingly.
  • Collaborating closely with stores and customers, maintaining strong relationships in line with contractual requirements.
