Accounts Payable Supervisor - £28,000 - £32,000 + benefits - Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
FryerMiles is partnering with a market leading family run business located in Maidenhead Berkshire. They're looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor due to continued organisational growth.
The duties of the AP Supervisor include:
- Manage a team of Accounts Payable administrators to deliver expected levels of performance, dealing with staff fairly, ensuring work is allocated evenly and sufficient cover for absences.
- Check invoices are being processed by the team correctly and to the correct GL codes.
- Make weekly payment runs for two companies within the business.
- Be responsible for processing Lease invoices, Council taxes and reconciling utility accounts.
- Communicate with vendors and reject incorrect invoices and get them reissued.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor will:
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and financial controls
- Proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in using financial software, ERP systems and excel skills.
- Excellent communicator, willing to build strong working relationships within the business
