The Personal Tax Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of private clients, ensuring all compliance and advisory needs are met. The role will also require the successful candidate to provide exceptional client service within the Tax department.

Personal Tax Manager - Maidenhead

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all compliance and advisory needs are met
• Provide exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Tax team to deliver on project goals.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and training of junior team members.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:

• A recognised professional tax or accounting qualification.(CTA/ACA/ACCA)
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients within a tax environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in personal tax.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• The ability to identify and deliver on business growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
