Position: Examinations ManagerLocation: Maidenhead, Berkshire (SL6)Salary: £35,838 - £39,555 (actual salary £32,853 - £36,260)Terms: Term time plus 5 inset days plus 10 days to be worked during the school holidays

Hours: 37 per week, Mon - FriNAG are working with a large secondary school based in Maidenhead and they are looking to appoint a new Examinations Manager. Previous experience as an Exams Officer/Manager is preferred, however someone with experience in an administration/office background in a school setting would be considered. Main Duties

  • To arrange the smooth and efficient set up, administration and management of the examinations held within the school and all related systems.
  • Manage and train a team of invigilators.

Experience & Qualifications

  • We are looking for a candidate who is well-organised, able to work under pressure, show meticulous attention to detail and enjoys working with young people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good time management are essential.
  • Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and the ability to produce highly accurate data reports are crucial.
  • A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, department staff, leadership team and outside agencies.
  • A strong commitment to inclusion and equality is essential to the post.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £35,838 - £39,555 (actual salary £32,853 - £36,260)
  • Terms: Term time plus 5 inset days plus 10 days to be worked during the school holidays
  • Hours: 37 per week, Mon - Thu 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3.30pm
