We are currently seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a dynamic team in a welcoming school. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for young children's lifelong learning journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate storytelling, interactive games, and hands-on activities to captivate young minds while fostering a love for learning
  • Establish a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe to express themselves and explore new ideas, encouraging curiosity and building confidence
  • Utilize a variety of assessment methods, such as observations, checklists, and portfolios, to track each child's development and tailor instruction accordingly, ensuring personalized learning experiences
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and involvement in school activities. Work closely with fellow educators to share ideas, resources, and best practices, promoting a supportive and collaborative learning environment
  • Encourage the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of each child by providing opportunities for play, exploration, and discovery, nurturing their overall well-being and development

Requirements:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent Early Years teaching qualification, demonstrating your professional readiness to educate young children
  • Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting, showcasing your practical expertise and understanding of early childhood education
  • Profound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles, enabling you to design enriching learning experiences tailored to individual needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents, and fostering a supportive learning environment
