A leading housebuilder is looking for a Buyer to join their team in Maidenhead.
The role will be to help support high rise residential projects in Chiltern area.
Key duties will include:
- Working alongside other departments in the regional business unit to advise on costs and delivery of materials on a site-by-site basis.
- Sourcing new suppliers and implementing supplier performance reviews.
- Managing the tender process for material packages.
- Ensuring savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with business strategy.

- Our client is looking for candidates with 3+ years procurement experience from any construction contractor or leading housebuilder.
- Ideally you will have strong materials procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills.
