Duties:
- CNC & Manual machining – Milling, Turning and Grinding.
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC machines.
- EDM Wire Erosion (experience an advantage but not essential).
- Fitting.
- Producing bespoke, prototype injection mould tooling as well as refurbishing, repairing, and modifying existing tooling when required.
- Working from engineering drawings.
Skills & Attributes:
- Must have an Injection Mould Toolmaking background.
- Able to program, set and operate CNC Machines.
- Experience with both CNC & Manual machines.
- CADCAM Programming knowledge / experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- All round Toolmaking experience working with both CNC & Manual machines across Milling, Turning and Grinding.
Hours of Work:
- 39hrs per week
- Opening hours from 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday and 4:30pm finish Friday
- Flexible working hours available
