Description
- Processing purchase invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Prepare bank deposits and manage invoices
- Conduct financial reports and statements
- Managing in-boxes
- Adhere to company's financial policies and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve financial objectives
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A good understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent mathematical skills
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Solid data entry skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
