Customer Executive / Up to £24,500/ Maidstone/Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 6 months experience in a telephone-based role and will be looking to grow a career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake telephone and email based debt recovery cases
  • Produce outgoing documents and letters
  • Offering excellent customer service over email and telephone
  • General administration duties
  • Engage with debtors and find solutions
Essential Skillset
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a telephone based role
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Resilient personality
Package
  • £20,000 - £23,000
  • Hybrid working following from successful probation
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
  • Free parking onsite
  • Excellent social events
