We are pleased to be helping our client in their search for a CSR to join their growing team based in Maidstone. This is a fast paced and demanding role and you will need to be confident in speaking with customers and clients alike and have the ability to multi-task

Role: Customer Service Representative

Salary: Up to 22k DOE

Hours: 9-5 (hybrid after probation)

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and responsibility of your own caseload
• Research cases and decide best course of action
• Produce and review outgoing documentation both written and electronic
• Liaise with clients and find solutions to quires
• Deliver results in agreed timeframe with superior

Do you have?

• Minimum 1+ years customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft packages and CRM's
• Have proactive and methodical approach to your work load
