Are you an experienced Paraplanner Manager or Supervisor, that is looking for an exciting career enhancing role? One of our longstanding Kent based clients is currently seeking someone, due to an internal promotion.

My client has provided straightforward independent financial advice for many years in the Kent area and has built up a solid reputation with their clients and local professional services firms, who help supply them with a steady stream of new business enquiries. They offer a straightforward non jargon based holistic approach to advice, taking the time to understand clients on both professional and personal levels.

This role presents a compelling opportunity for an experienced Paraplanning Manager or Supervisor, to not only oversee the Paraplanning team, but also conduct a complete review of all processes and procedures within the business to see if changes need to be made. This is a very autonomous role, where you will be given the head room to implement real change within the business and help with its future growth and development plans. You will also be responsible for strict adherence to both internal and external compliance rules and with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities as the Paraplanner Manager include all aspects of the management of the Paraplanning team, including recruitment, appraisals, 1-2-1 reviews and monitoring of workflow. You will also be working closely with the Financial Administration team to ensure the support function is adding real value to the Advisers.

You will need to show strong leadership skills and the ability to build a team of motivated and committed people, along with excellent interpersonal skills and happy in dealing with board members directly.

Benefits for the successful individual include an attractive salary package and bonus, a clear career path, offering progression and excellent long-term opportunities. The role also has the benefit of onsite parking and a hybrid work arrangement. If you are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply and join a dynamic team.
