Vacancy: Asbestos Analyst
Location: Looking for someone Located in Welling
(Office Based in Essex, Majority of the Work South of the River)
Salary: Up to £38,000 for Someone Qualified and Experienced
Penguin are working alongside a fantastic company who are UKAs accredited for inspection and testing. This is your chance to join a specialist and independent Asbestos Consultancy within the London area that are driven by quality and not by over working their Team Members!
As mentioned prior, most of the Asbestos they deal with is South of the River Thames, not all of it. There is a real mixture of sites from the projects that they work on. If you are deep into Central London, they are a few flat blocks, but you can expect a lot of Commercial sites, whereas going into the outer boroughs that drops off and the domestic work; care homes, domestic housing and housing association are more frequent.
Qualifications Required:
- Full UK driving license
- BOHS P403 & P404 or RSPH level 3 qualification in Analysis and Air Testing
- A positive, motivated attitude
Key Duties being an Asbestos Analyst:
- Having strong verbal communication skills to use to build and maintain working relationships with the company's list of clients.
- Work alongside all internal staff to create a network of resourceful minds.
- Confidently carry out all 4 stages from a clearance, background, smoke, visual, re-occupation, personal air testing and leak reassurance.
- Put together accurate asbestos reports from collated data.
