We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support and services to employees within a designated region. This role is pivotal in representing our business’s ideals, ensuring service, professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. As the first point of contact, you will handle HR inquiries ranging from tier 1 to tier 2-level and partner closely with other core HR functions.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Provide HR-specific employee support through resolution on benefits, payroll, and systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond to HR services, technology, and reporting inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses across multiple contact channels.
  • Manage case escalation and apply critical decision-making for inquiry escalation and resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices for HR Service Solutions platform utilization.
  • Develop and deploy knowledge articles and content management.
  • Fulfill external employee verification documents and manage employee records and file management in Workday.
  • Oversee new hire orientation and off-boarding processes.
  • Deliver accurate and timely data, metrics, and reports as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operational services and intermediate knowledge of other HR disciplines.
  • Understanding of core HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to impact the results of the EMEA People Services function.
  • Resolute in handling confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual English/Dutch or other EU language skills preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
