Goodman Masson is proud to be supporting Cloud 21 in seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of VP of Consultancy Services. This pivotal position involves driving growth, strategic partnerships, and market positioning for Consultancy Services across Cloud 21. There is a competitive salary and package on offer for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership for the Consultancy Services Unit.
  • Drive and achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Identify new solution opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop strategies to win large, long-term contracts and establish Cloud21 as a preferred consultancy partner.
  • Anticipate industry trends and challenges, positioning Cloud21 to address them effectively.

Experience:

  • Prior experience with top-tier or substantial experience in smaller healthcare consultancies.
  • Experience working in the UK healthcare industry, knowledge of the NHS, EPR and Clinical Systems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Ability to provide valuable insights and guidance as a critical friend.
  • Ability to anticipate healthcare industry trends and develop proactive strategies.
  • Focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NHS and broader healthcare ecosystem.
