Job Title: Welfare/General Labourer

Location: Maidstone, Kent

As a Welfare/General Labourer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our client's construction sites run smoothly. From maintaining welfare facilities to supporting general labour tasks, you'll be an integral part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep welfare facilities, including toilets, break areas, and temporary offices, clean and tidy.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling site accommodation.
  • Help with general labour duties such as moving materials, clearing sites, and supporting tradespeople as needed.
  • Always adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the site management team.

Requirements:

  • DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
  • Green CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
