Key responsibilities include:

RecruitmentLiaising with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and obtaining approval to hire from the Executive BoardDrafting Job Descriptions/Person SpecificationsApplying appropriate recruitment methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, agencies and social media to source and attract talent ensuring the relevant criteria is metNegotiating terms of business with agencies and head-hunters to maintain a PSLReviewing and responding to all applications receivedDesigning competency based assessments to use during the interview processAdministering any recruitment assessments such as psychometric, capability tests and providing feedback to interviewers to assist with questions to be asked at interviewConducting first round interviews for all positions below Associate LevelProviding timely feedback to all candidates during the processOrganising trainee interview days including designing and implementing assessmentsLearning and DevelopmentAssisting with the implementation of a core learning and development programme to cover regulatory and technical training, employee development and career planningScheduling and coordinating training across the businessRaising the profile of learning and development initiatives by utilising the online learning platforms to improve communication and engagement campaignsLiaising with external training providers in relation to general training, Apprenticeship, PSC and the SQEWorking with the HR Administrator to ensure all employee training records are maintainedReviewing all employee Performance Reviews to identify training requirements and undertake a skills gap analysis to suggest areas where skills can be improvedOverseeing trainee seat changesAssisting supervisors in managing trainee / apprentice performance to ensure they are fulfilling the requirements of their training
