Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Site based for a minimum of 3 days per week

Hours/Contract Duration:5 days per week for 3-6 Months
The role of Project Manager
Our client, who is one of the UK's largest charities, has an exciting new opportunity for a talented generalist IT Project Manager to join their existing team. The successful candidate will be involved in a number of different projects within a portfolio of work, to include end of life/support systems, regulatory changes within their banking and shared services.
The project will initially be for 3 months, with good potential to be extended for 6 months or longer. The ideal candidate will live in or around the South East/Kent area, and will be comfortable being onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week, therefore being within commutable distance is essential.
About You
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years experience within a Project Manager role, including experience of the full project life cycle, working in large transformation programmes or have relevant transferable skills or experience, and the following skills: -
- Business Change/Transformation
- Experience with regulatory and compliance projects
- Experience of DSDM Project methodology would be useful, although not essential
- A confident communicator able to debate/challenge concisely, empathetically and clearly at all levels
- A creative thinker with the ability to deliver change initiatives
- Excellent written & spoken English & interpersonal communication, with good attention to detail
- Be a team player, show initiative and be able to work independently
This contract position has already been classified as an inside IR35 role, therefore the use of an Umbrella company will be necessary.
