My client is a leading law firm with a strong presence in Maidstone, Gravesend, and the surrounding areas and seeking to recruit a talented Private Client lawyer to join their team.
The role will see you handle a wide range of private client matters, including will writing, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. You will have the opportunity to provide expert legal advice to individuals and families, building lasting relationships with clients and offering tailored solutions to their unique needs.
To be successful
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client matters. You should possess a strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning, and be familiar with the relevant legislation and procedures. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
