Job Title: Estimator (Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems)
Location:Maidstone (Kent) and Manchester (Greater Manchester)
Salary:40,000 - 60,000 (basic) + Commission + Company Car

Responsibilities:
- Tender Estimation:Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fire protection and sprinkler system projects, including commercial and residential installations.
- Cost Analysis:Evaluate project requirements, materials, labor, and other factors to determine project costs.
- Bid Management:Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop winning bids and proposals.
- Client Interaction:Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide cost breakdowns.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating fire protection and sprinkler systems.
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with fire suppression systems, sprinkler design, and relevant regulations.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driving License:A valid driving license is required for travel between Maidstone and Manchester.
