My local authority client in Kent are looking to bring on a damp and mould surveyor on a 3 or 6 month contract. The role is paying 40 per hour.
The perfect candidate will have experience in:
- Working on social housing, and in particular carrying out diagnostic inspections, writing technical reports and preparing a schedule of works.
- Extensive damp and mould surveying experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of social housing repairs surveying experience.
- Delivering an efficient repairs and maintenance service.
