Revolutionise Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded golf club in Kent in their search for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the food and beverage operation across a beautiful and established golf club. From the clubhouse restaurant and bar to events, catering, and on-course service, youll lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B outlets including the bar, restaurant, catering, kitchen, snack bar, and refreshment buggy
- Lead, train, and develop a team of supervisors and front/back-of-house staff
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, pricing, and cost control
- Manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise profitability
- Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and compliance across all areas
- Coordinate and deliver a range of events including golf days, functions, and private bookings
- Drive revenue through local marketing, promotions, and community engagement
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting to support strategic decisions

- Proven experience in a senior F&B role, ideally within a golf club or similar hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially astute with a focus on quality, service, and profitability
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
