An exciting opportunity to join a well-established and successful IT Managed Services Provider based in Maldon, Essex.

Were looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our friendly, collaborative team. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines IT support, installation, and administration ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role:

Youll be providing technical support to our growing business client base via phone, remote access, email, and on-site. Day-to-day tasks will include:

Supporting and installing Windows PCs, Windows Servers, printers, routers, and Microsoft 365

Assisting with broadband, routers, switches Wi-Fi access points and data cabling

Getting involved in telephony supporting and administering mobile fleets, landline, and hosted systems

Learning about and supporting communications equipment provided to clients

Travel to client sites (primarily in Essex and London) access to personal transport is a big plus

Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in IT helpdesk or technical support

Strong communication skills clear, friendly and professional

A practical, proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in IT and problem-solving

Someone keen to expand their technical knowledge and grow within the IT support sector
