This Customer Service Executive role has the below responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers through calls and emails
- Managing selected customers accounts providing them with support
- Logging all customer updates via CRM
- Working with suppliers to meet customer needs
- Formulating data reports
- Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Supporting the head of operations with adhoc duties
This Customer Service Executive role requires the below exposure and skillsets:
- Previous exposure within Customer Service is essential
- Previous exposure working in a B2C or B2B Environment
- Previous experience logging customer data on a CRM
- Microsoft Office proficient including Microsoft Excel
- Passionate towards Customer Service
- Natural relationship builder
- FULL UK Driving License
