We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company in their niche sector as an Account Manager. 
The position is offered on a permanent basis working a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

The company has experienced considerable growth and are still on an upward trajectory. 

You will be joining a team that are led by a warm, friendly and hands on manager, who is supported by an experienced Head. 
They enjoy getting together as a whole team, for team building outings, coaching and office collaboration. 

In your new role as Account Manager with this busy team, you will be required to respond quickly and effectively to new and existing customer queries, providing solutions, advice, and quotations.

As Account Manager your role is vital role and acts as a primary point of contact for a broad spectrum of clients, developing, and maintaining long term relationships and ensuring customers always receive exceptional customer service. 

Your key responsibilities will be:
•Handling all communications by phone and email
•Preparing client reports
•Participating and attending client meetings
•Managing all works on a CRM system
•Allocating tasks to internal and external teams, through to completion
•Coordinating services
•Ensuring customers projects are delivered on time and compliant with the customers insurance requirements
•Proactively liaising with customers and review, assessing and following-up any outstanding proposals or quotations. 
•Collaborating with New Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities
•Spot and develop opportunities with customers

To thrive in the role of Account Manager 
•Account Management experience already will be advantageous to your application
•Proven experience of handling inbound and outbound calls 
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without instruction
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
•Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
