Key Details:路 Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.路 Utilise knife skills for various meat preparation processes.路 Assist in day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall success of the department.路 Collaborate effectively with the team and assume accountability in the absence of theline manager.
Requirements:路 Previous butcher experience is essential, with a knife test as part of the assessmentprocess.路 Professional manner.路 Hygienic and efficient work habits.路 Proficiency in various meat processing techniques, including handling, deboning,trimming, cutting, tying, grinding/mincing making sausage.路 Excellent communication skills.路 Food Safety Training.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 40 hours per week
