Farm and Agriculture Account Executive

The Company:
We are working with an independent insurance broker who are looking to add an Account Executive to join their Farm and Agricultural team.
This is a company that prides themselves on the training and development opportunities it provides to their staff.
The Role:
The successful candidate will build and develop the Farm book of business by identifying and developing opportunities through new business, up selling and cross selling.
You will develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and Insurers, identify opportunities for product development, deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice.
The Required Skills:
Experience within Farm and Agricultural Insurance is desirable
Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in developing specialist knowledge
A driven attitude to achieve individual and team targets
Strong IT, Communication and Client Management skills
CII is preferable. However, support will be provided
