Salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Initiate projects by conducting feasibility checks and outlining budgets, teams, and resources.
- Plan and organise project goals, roles, schedules, and timelines to meet client needs.
- Lead and motivate project teams, both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring coordination, adherence to budgets, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes throughout the process.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Keep clients informed of milestone timelines and facilitate payment processes.
- Report regularly to management and clients on project status.
- Close projects by evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement.
To be successful in the position of Engineering Project Manager, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in running multi-faceted projects
- Strong technical background with project management certification
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving

This position is based in Malvern and is easily commutable from Worcester, Ledbury, Tewkesbury, Leominster, Bromyard, Cheltenham and Evesham.
