Test and Commissioning Engineer - Controls Systems
ETS are looking for a Test and Commissioning Engineer with a background in Control Systems to support the installation of commissioning for highly specialised equipment in the Automotive Industry
The Purpose of the Role:
* To provide vital support for our engineering projects.
* Responsible for commissioning and overseeing the installation of equipment, plant and systems and ensure that everything is working safely and efficiently.
* To ensure that the products they are responsible for work properly and that clients' needs are met.
* Responsible for scheduling and coordinating work to agreed deadlines.
* To ensure that equipment works to its specification, creating and carrying out test procedures.
Daily Duties:
* Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.
* Scheduling and coordinating work to agreed deadlines.
* Ensuring that equipment works to its specification.
* Creating and carrying out test procedures.
* Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults.
* Troubleshooting
* Liaising with installation/project engineers
* Supervising engineering and technical staff
* Writing reports and documentation
* Providing technical support
* Ensuring safe working condition
* Training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
