  • Skills required: Experience using CNC Machines with Fanuc controls, good working knowledge of component dimensions using various inspection equipment, good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and Engineering drawings
  • Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday, 07:30 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. Mon-Thu, 07:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Fri

Responsibilities:

  • Setting and Operating CNC Lathe Machines using Fanuc controls
  • Programming from print drawings
  • Ability to work to high standards on tight tolerances
  • Adhering to quality standards and checking work using a variety of different instruments
  • You may be required to work alternative shifts / hours
  • You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties/specific projects from time to time and as directed by management.

Skills & Experience.

  • Experience using CNC Machines with Fanuc controls
  • Good working knowledge of component dimensions using various inspection equipment - including but not limited to Micrometers, Verniers and Plug Gauges.
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and Engineering drawings is essential.
  • Ability to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications, efficiently and accurately as required by internal and external customer specifications.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Previous Aerospace experience (desirable)

Hours of Work, Remuneration & Benefits

37 hours per week - Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday

Mon -Thu 07:30 a.m. - 16:00 pm. Fri 07:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
