The Team

You will play a key role in delivering world-class financial and tax services to a complex global operation. Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance
- Lead all tax compliance (UK and international) for the firm's operations in assigned jurisdictions
- Oversee tax filings, payment processes, and compliance calendars
- Liaise with overseas finance teams to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Review draft tax computations, proposed payments, and submissions
- Act as primary contact for tax-related audit matters in your regions
Tax Projects
- Support preparation of transfer pricing documentation for the Middle East
- Manage DAC6 compliance and EU blacklisted territory requirements
- Lead Pillar II implementation globally, including planning, disclosures, and filings
- Contribute to broader tax projects including restructuring, process improvement, and automation initiatives
WHT / VAT Risk
- Provide guidance on withholding tax queries to maximise treaty benefits
- Train global finance teams to reduce unnecessary WHT/VAT costs
Global Mobility & PE Risks
- Monitor and enhance permanent establishment (PE) risk policies and procedures
- Review high-risk territories and analyse travel data for PE impact
- Advise on international relocations, including partner tax equalisation calculations
Skills & Experience Required
- Professional financial qualification essential (ACA or equivalent preferred); tax qualification highly desirable
- Experience working in a global, multi-currency partnership environment
- Strong international tax background, ideally with Pillar II and transfer pricing experience
- Confident communicator, able to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance technical rigour and commercial insight
