Agility are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for one of our clients based in North Manchester???????The role itself will be working in a busy specialist logistics company along with other members of the finance team. This role has come around due to company growth and there is no sign of it slowing down anytime soon allowing plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development.
?This role is an entry level role within the finance function however the company has a track record of promoting internally and training courses will be offered. A summary of the main tasks are as follows: Although originally this person will be responsible for the incoming and outgoing post, filling, printing etc, they will also assist in the departments goal to become paperless.Experience in working in a paperless environment will be an advantage. Assist with the input of Purchase Ledger Invoices and Supplier statement reconciliations.Attention to detail and excel skills are an important skill.You will also be responsible for the management of the Accounts Payable InboxIn return you will receive:
