Collaborating with top-tier property developers and globally renowned architects, they have been instrumental in crafting the soundscape of award-winning buildings and projects that define skylines and enrich communities. As they continue to grow their Manchester office, they are now seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join our team of experts and lead in the creation of acoustic excellence in new city neighborhood's, skyscrapers, research facilities, entertainment venues, and more.

Role Overview:

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Manchester City Centre

The Acoustic Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a wide range of acoustic consultancy services across multiple sectors. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead projects that will shape the future of our cities and built environments, providing innovative solutions to complex acoustic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead acoustic consultancy projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and innovative solutions.

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

-Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment within the team.

-Conduct advanced acoustic analysis and modelling, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations.

-Stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to the advancement of the field through research and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in acoustic consultancy, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

-A Master’s Degree in Acoustics, Acoustic Engineering, or a related field, or an IoA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control is desired.

-Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in acoustic modelling software and tools.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

-A full UK driving license.
