Minimum 6 months contract to 31/12/2025Your new roleYou will beresponsible for:

  • Processing contractorand supplier invoices, expenses, and payment requests with precision andtimeliness.
  • Managing supplier andstakeholder relationships, resolving payment queries efficiently.
  • Conducting regularledger reconciliations and generating accounts payable reports.
  • Collaborating withfinance and procurement teams to optimise workflows and align on vendorcontracts.
  • Supporting month-endand year-end processes, including reconciliations and audit coordination.
  • Contributing tocontinuous improvement initiatives and supporting ad-hoc finance projects.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have:

  • Proven experience inAccounts Payable, Contract to Pay, or Procure to Pay functions.
  • Strong time managementskills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Office
  • A detail-oriented andproactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is desired but not essential.
