Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team on an ASAP start based in Manchester. This is a full-time temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support across all areas, preparing agendas, note taking in meetings, coordinating company/client meetings and maintaining internal filing systems.
If you have prior experience in an administrative role, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll do:
As an Administrator, you will:
- Provide general administrative support across all areas
- Prepare agendas and take notes during meetings
- Coordinate and organise company/client meetings
- Maintain and upkeep internal filing systems
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of work
