We currently have a fabulous opportunity to join a growing specialist asset finance within their broker development team within the Northwest.

We are looking to speak top candidates who are currently working within financial services (preferably asset finance but not essential) who are ready to take the next step in the their career.

As a Trainee Broker Manager you will be responsible for establishing, managing and developing a portfolio of finance brokers based within a specific territory. Involves largely self-sourcing your own business by identify and prospecting for new introducers whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducers in your area.

You will need to be confident, self-motivated, driven to succeed and someone who excels under the pressure of hitting stretching targets. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
