Our client is a dynamic and growing company based in Trafford Park. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients and maintaining strong relationships within their industry.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller and Administrator to join their finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely collections and accurate administration to support the financial health and operations of the company.

- Manage the credit control function, including chasing overdue payments and resolving payment discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update billing information as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.

- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the finance department as required.

- Previous experience in credit control and administration is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAGE) is advantageous.
