We're looking for a highly organised Salesforce Analyst to join our team in Manchester and help maximise the efficiency and value of our Salesforce CRM platform across a growing group of businesses. This role is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a passion for improving business systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct weekly reviews of Salesforce licence usage and reallocate licences where necessary
  • Track and report on unused or underutilised licences, reducing waste and improving ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to align licence needs with staffing changes and forecasts
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce user profiles, permissions, and role-based access across the group
  • Produce weekly reports on active usage, low engagement, and licence forecasting
  • Work toward cost reduction targets by consolidating accounts and optimising usage
  • Ensure adequate licence buffers are in place for projected team growth
  • Align licence strategy with budget forecasts and stakeholder expectations

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong planning and forecasting capabilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and report on system usage
  • Experience in a high-energy, target-driven environment
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and licence administration (preferred)
