An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Intermediary Development Consultant to join a leading EAP and OH provider. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30k, with the added benefit of uncapped commission and a quarterly bonus. What you'll do:
As an Intermediary Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in growing the intermediary portfolio, developing and nurturing accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate intermediary CRM records, negotiating new business pricing and commission levels. Your day-to-day duties will involve liaising with consultants to provide excellent service levels via telephone and email communication. You will also attend meetings face-to-face (where appropriate) in addition to managing intermediaries via virtual meetings, phone calls and emails.

* Proactively manage all aspects of new business within the assigned channel
* Deliver high levels of broker care, taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries
* Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting these opportunities into new sales revenue
* Make proactive outbound calls to brokers generating sales opportunities
* Ensure CRM records are created and continually updated with required information
* Complete thorough fact finds on each opportunity to validate the lead and understand utilisation levels
* Follow all call procedures and ensure standards of performance are met
* Manage tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning and prioritising workloads
* Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded
* Assist the Sales Director achieve a target for new business via the intermediary channel

The ideal Intermediary Development Consultant will bring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an outgoing personality. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying your communication style depending upon the audience. Confidence in speaking with a variety of stakeholders at all levels is essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a target and KPI driven environment.
