Our client is the UK's leading fit out specialist. They deliver exceptional fit out and refurbishment projects that provide outstanding offices and higher education facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, highly-motivated Business Development Executives to join their team!

Role:

  • Identify and research target leads to make appointment for the company
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Support the research teams with follow up calls for campaigns and events
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
