Exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a highly reputable business based in Trafford Park. This role will offer a salary of £38,000-£42,000 depending on experience

Page Personnel are working with a very well known and highly successful business going through a period of continued growth. They have a brand new opening in their team for an FP&A Analyst to join them at an exciting time.

Description

FP&A Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly Board Reports, offering in-depth insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to create sophisticated Management Information (MI) reports, catering to a diverse range of business stakeholders, and driving actionable insights.
  • Proactively drive the development of innovative reports and analysis, challenging conventional wisdom to support commercial decision-making in an ever-evolving business environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report actual performance against these forecasts, providing valuable variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, contributing to key business discussions and initiatives.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous FP&A experience - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & Power BI - Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Ability to roactively develop continuous improvement of processes and models - Required
  • Confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders - Required
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required

Job Offer
