THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with the Operations Manager, to facilitate and aid in the smooth transition to a new facility due to the business’ growth!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the design and implementation of new warehouse facility (in excess of 80,000 SQ FT)
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic plans to optimize operations & services within the new facility
  • Improving cost efficiency and overall performance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental standards
  • Managing and coordinating maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security systems etc.
  • Managing external contractors
  • Managing the maintenance of company vehicles

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the role, you must have experience in facilities management, preferably within a large scale site.
