The successful Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely mainly covering the Midlands, responsible for key account management and new business development of Hydraulic and Pneumatics products via distribution channels and OEM customers.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, or managing accounts within Hydraulics, Pneumatics, couplings, bearings, filtration, hoses, valves, pumps, seals, gaskets or similar Fluid Power / MRO products/services.

- Responsible for key account management and new business development of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and MRO products via distribution channels and OEM customers.
- Identify and target new clients that can benefit from the Fluid Power product range on offer.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling hydraulic and pneumatic couplings and associated products/equipment.
- Maintaining Fluid Power/ MRO sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Home-based, willing to travel across the Midlands
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer.
- Experience selling, or managing accounts within Hydraulics, Pneumatics, couplings, bearings, filtration, hoses, valves, pumps, seals, gaskets or similar Fluid Power / MRO products/services.
- A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving license.
