Their ambitions are to be the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industry by investing heavily into new technology and innovation.The main purpose of this role is to lead the operational and performance growth of this leading engineering training provider.The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a senior management role from engineering, utilities or commercial training provider and have a strong commercial/ sales background.This is a brilliant role for a senior manager to join an impressive company where you will play a key role in their growth and development.The role:*Tasked with growing the business *Full P&L responsibilities. *Running 3 training centres. *Manage the introduction of new products.
