Our client is a global brand in the eyelash sector who sell their products to over 100 countries worldwide. They boast over 2m customers online and products can also be purchased in reputable retailers including Superdrug (850 stores) and Asos.

We work cross-functionally to drive international sales growth by improving the international customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and developing business operations to cater for international territories.

Working alongside the Marketing, Finance and Operations team in a collaborative environment, this role is a newly created full-time position reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a doer, someone that can effectively manage multiple initiatives at once including (a) defining growth strategies for International markets, (b) increase and retain our International customer base, (c) improve the International online experience by making it feel more local (d) co-ordinating operational changes needed to ensure service quality in new territories.

We are looking for someone with a global mindset and passionate about taking the Our client brand to the next level internationally.

The key duties and responsibilities are:

  • Planning, developing and executing an overall international growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities and developing operational and logistical capability and efficiency to enable growth of the brand in international territories. Define requirements and lead campaign execution for International.
  • Source, evaluate, select and manage day to day relationships with International Marketing Agencies and other technology and business partners in key growth countries and work internally to align such external partners with overall company strategy.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention in our key growth Int’l markets.
  • Define the scope of multiple International growth opportunities by abstracting insights from a datasets, following industry trends, consumer insights and customer feedback.
  • Keeping a close collaboration with the Marketing team to align international E-commerce efforts with promotions, campaigns, and the overall branding and company strategy.

The right candidate

  • This role will be perfect for an experienced E-Commerce marketer with a keen ambition to work with an online beauty brand.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to "roll your sleeves" and get involved into the details.
  • Project Manager by nature with a love to build relationships, communicating, negotiating and managing multiple initiatives at once.
  • Global mindset, curiosity to grow Our client business outside the UK.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and / or retail preferably with an International focus.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and present solutions, options and recommendations to leadership.
