Marketing Manager
I’m currently supporting a dynamic client with a newly created Marketing Manager vacancy to support the continued growth of their organisation. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering a mix of go-to-market plans, content, and digital campaigns aimed at generating new leads and building brand recognition. Working closely with the CEO and COO, this hands-on and results-focused position is ideal for candidates with experience in professional services marketing and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This organisation is agile in terms of its approach to work and location so it offers very flexible work options and a culture of making quick decisions, so its easy to test quickly and make an immediate impact. Excitingly, with continued growth this Marketing Manager will step into a Head of Marketing role within 2 years.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver ambitious yet achievable marketing and campaign plans.
- Lead the creation of a wide range of persuasive marketing content.
- Support the development of new solutions with a focus on go-to-market strategy.
- Identify the most effective marketing channels and tactics for campaign success on a case-by-case basis.
- Set objectives and KPIs for marketing activities and measure performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, preferably within a professional services context.
- A track record of successful lead generation, tactical activity, and planning.
- Results-oriented with the ability to set clear and measurable marketing objectives.
- Strong content development skills and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive, client-focused manner.
- Comfortable briefing and collaborating with agencies and managing budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
