Chartered Building Surveyor

Your new companyA well established multidisciplinary consultancy with great glassdoor reviews of the culture, career progression and people that work there. They are now looking to grow their building surveying presence in Manchester. They are currently a team of 50 in Manchester across M&E, architecture, structures, project management and quantity surveying, now looking to further grow the building surveying division, which is currently a team of 2. Having recently moved to a new, fancy office they are easily accessible via public transport.

Your new roleThis role will see you work on high-rise residential properties, universities, student accommodation, offices and residential properties for social landlords. . You will be offered a varied, secure pipeline of work with further career progression. This is a great opportunity as you will be a part of a small team within a big, well-established consultancy, meaning you will have a secure workload with the support and attention to get you to a senior position. With time, you will be involved in training junior surveyors and further growing with the business.
