We are seeking an experienced Freelance Fire Risk Assessor to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a long-term, ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a large, complex healthcare estate, covering multiple hospitals and clinical facilities.

The Role:

• Carry out comprehensive fire risk assessments across a varied hospital portfolio.

• Advise on remedial actions and compliance in line with current fire safety legislation.

• Provide clear, concise reports and practical recommendations to the client’s FM team.

• Support ongoing improvements in life safety, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor within healthcare, large estates, or complex facilities.

• Relevant qualifications (NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, IFE, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of HTM/Healthcare fire standards preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage assessments across multiple sites.
